Overall Work Program
As the designated Regional Transportation Planning Agency each year, in accordance with the federal and state regulations the San Benito Council of Governments develops an Overall Work Program (OWP). The OWP describes proposed transportation planning activities for the upcoming fiscal year. The OWP includes a description of the planning work and resulting project, who will perform the work, time frames for completing the work, the cost of the work and the source of the funds.
