Work Program
As the designated Regional Transportation Planning Agency, the Council of Governments is eligible to receive certain types of state and federal funds for preparing an Overall Work Program. The Overall Work Program is a flexible document; changes occur during the fiscal year to reflect priority, funding, and staffing changes. The document reflects how the overall resources of the Council of Governments will be expended.
